Hi question please

I am trying to install the 123 for php and I am hosted by hostmonster, I have gotten access to SSH, but I am very confused on the instructions for getting it going, is there something more detailed ...I am good with changing the modules etc, its the default.xml I am having trouble with etc. and how can i install it on hostmonster?

I am just a bit confused.
