I have spent several thousand dollars on FlashChat in the past few years.
Despite a few 'teething problems', and several complaints to various people at FlashChat, I had hoped things might improve But they havent. Im an extremely pissed off with this company because noone really gives a sh*t about you once theyve got your money. You can chat to the support team and they just give stupid excuses "Oh engineers will be here in 6 hours", "Yes we had problem with our servers". Never a "sorry", or a "It wont happen again" The chatrooms are good. Not brilliant, but good. But the support and reliability SUCKS. My chatrooms stop working around every 2-3 days, and then I have to spend an hour of my time trying to get someone to fix it. Then every so often theyll upgrade my customised chatrooms, break all the customised features I had in place, and then not even apologise when I ask them to revert it back to the old version (In one case they even told me I had to pay to revert back to the older version. What a joke) Why cant someone competent just sort it out, its not exactly difficult ?! Probably this thread will just get removed, but it would be nice if it was read by someone at FlashChat who actually gives a d**n about customer service (if such a person exists) Carpii |
