In the feature list you wrote:
Video Module (Only available in v3.2)
Staff and customers talk face to face.

In the manual to v. 4.0 you wrote that audio, video can turned on.

The version 4.x can support video/audio chat!
It is only for 4.0 beta that I wrote "Video Module (Only available in v3.2)"In the feature list. Now 4.0 standard is released and I have modified this page.
