Default The new changes for 123 Live Help 4.0 are basically at the client-side.

The Customer panel remains web-based to be cross-platform and no client installation involved, while the Admin panel and Operator panel are turn to Windows applications to offer richer functions:
1) Operator Statistics Added.

Admins are entitled to generate working report of the operators, such as the average pick up time, established conversations, average rating, etc.
It is beneficial to the performance management of the operators.
2) Offline Message Management Optimized.

Customer can leave a message to a department in a visual Message Panel instead of sending an email, and the operator of the department will see missed messages when they log back in. The message can be c.c. to the admin if configured. Messages can be replied through email, and the history messages will be archived. This new feature builds the customer loyalty and brings better user experience.
3) Valuable Customer Recognition.

The return customer will be identified and his history messages automatically brought out. It's a great way to find out the selling opportunity, and to offer better customer service as well.
4) Search Function Upgraded.

Chat message search becomes much faster, which saves your time.
5) Code Generator Integrated.

The code generator of the live help software is now added to the admin panel instead of on the webpage only. Therefore the admin can control the UI more easily.
6) UI Improved.

The user interface of the live help software is greatly improved, the professional look will definitedly boost sales for you.
