Sorry but this community is open to all ,so it is not montored as usual as our support system.If you are our license buyer,please try to send the mail to our support system in the admin panel instead.It should be much sooner

And for this issue,I think you mean function "auto mute",if this is your case,you may try to close this function in <your 123flashchat install dir>/server/etc/groups/default/server.xml. Find "<mute timeout="60000" autoMute="On" enable="On"></mute>".If you want to close autoMute function only,you just need to change "autoMute="On" " into "autoMute="Off" ",save the file and then restart 123flashchat to make it effective.
