Dent you ii need a webserver aswell i strongly recommend you to download:
Xampp its an easy-to-use program which has apache, mysql build.
Meaning you do not need any knowledge of configuring your webserver because it has already been done.
For it too work you ii need to:
1. start 123flashchat server
2. Doubleclick the Admin Panel its a shortcut on ur desktop
3. Click on publish and copy/paste the code into a index.html file
4. Upload that file to ur webserver
5. Open up the port for ur webserver/apache in ur router/firewall
6. Thats about it! Although you can add the helpfiles in
123flashchat/client it is NOT required.
