* Each user has three options: to upload a personal picture, select an avatar from the ones provided, or choose to have no picture. This can all be disabled by the admin. or admin can add their preferred avatars to the avatar folder.

* If a user uploads a picture or selects an avatar from the list provided, it displays in the room's users' list. The default list displays neat little mini avatar pictures, to allow larger numbers of users to appear on the list. But a user can hover another user's name to see their full size avatar picture, or select for all users to appear with their full sized avatar.


*Public and Private Rooms Creation

The creation of public and private rooms are available as an option. The network admin has the ability to turn these features ON and OFF. If this option is made available by the admin, users will have the ability to create rooms. The creator of that room then becomes the administrator of that room.

*When Broadcasting audio
The users can speak or wait their turn to speak by simple holding down the "CONTROL" key on their keyboard or by clicking on cam on/off button.


123flashchat should only provide multiple speakers to speak to each other at the same time on privet not in public. Administrators can decide in certain rooms who can speak and who cannot.
