the last relase of livehelp was in July 2005. It seems you won't develop this software further on? Comparing to livechat the features of Livehelp are poor but the price is nearly the same!:-\ To use livehelp in a professional way you should add some more essential features. (eg. proactive chat, active chat, or simply the option to edit the canned answers or store the URI which could could be pushed by the staff. Also it woud be helpfull if client and staff knows when the partner is typing. I found sofware in the web where the staff can read the question of the client while he is typing! I believe this would be a great feature, because the staff has more time to find out the right answer.
Whats your meaning to this?
