However, we did reply all those emails, tried to get back to you as soon as possible and sent the license key to your email box for several times. At last paypal cancelled the investigation and we thought the problem must have been resovled.

It is obvious that the problem is still there and it is highly possible that you cannot receive our emails at all. We are very sorry about the inconvenience and we will send you a message on this forum, please be careful to check it.
