From the day you ordered our product, we offer you good service as we can, now you just ignore all this and wanna refund, do you think it's reasonable?

And by installing 123flashchat free demo version and/or full version, it's indicated that you've agreed to the agreement because you've click the button "agree the agreement" in the installing process.

3) If you insist to install the software on your own server, that's fine too, please be sure to install jdk on your own server at first,
it must be a version newer than jdk1.4.
