Default Re:A few questions before I buy

Dear Sir, here is the answers of your questions:

>1) On the purchase/sign-up page for hosting, you ask for a first admin >and second admin username/password. I wish to integrate this chat >with vBulletin 3.5.4. Should the 2 admins be actual users on the forum >and should the passwords be the passwords they use on the forum or >should they be completely different names? In other words, should >the 2 admin names and passwords I give you be actual users and >their passwords on the forum or are these independent of the forum?

The admin accounts are different from the normal user accounts. They are configured in a file called default.xml. You can put some of your actual users as admin with the same username and password, and can also choose some admin accounts which do not exist in your database.

>2) Is it very difficult to integrate with vBulletin 3.5.4? Is it something >you think the average user can do on their own? I'm no Unix expert
>(very little experience), but I can ftp, edit files, etc.

We have modules for the integration of vbulletin with our chat. As you decided to choose our hosting service, we can help you to finish the integration. And here is an example of the integration:
vbulletin.123flashchat.com
you can check it to have a look

>3) I'm somewhat concerned about the bandwidth usage which is why >I'm having you guys host it. I assume that since "server" portion is >running on your end, most of the bandwidth usage will be between my >users and your servers as opposed to my server, correct?

It will not take any resource of your server if you choose our hosting service.

>4) I am still installing and configuring my vBulletin setup. Will you need >access to my server for anything? Or is this entire process capable of >being done by me? Of course if I need help, I will ask you, but is your >involvement otherwise necessary? I ask because as I said, I'm still >setting the vBulletin board up.

As you need to use our hosting service, so the access is a must.

>5) Is there any advantage for me to buy the source? Especially since I >am hosting with you, do I get any

With the source code, you can make a lot of advanced changes in the client side, such as adding avatars and smileies. After that, you just need to upload them to our server.

If you finally decide to purchase our product and service, you can send an email to me or find online support in our website.
