make sure the two dir: lang , skin in the dir of your html files

eg. your html file is :
/usr/local/www/htdocs/chat/index.html
then , copy the "lang", "skin" dir to:
/usr/local/www/htdocs/chat/lang
/usr/local/www/htdocs/chat/skin
