Disbale all sounds except when your name is called or you get a private msg

The option to disable all sounds except when somebody is calling your name or if you get a private message.

Also it would be usefull to flash the taskbar program name when this happens. Just like MSN Messenger.

My users are online all day and doing other things, like checking e-mail or browsing the web. They like to be notified when they are needed or being called. And not on every message to everyone.

sorry for the inconvenience, we do design our chat in this way.once you choose to disable all sounds , you will hear nothing including the tip of private message .
