Hi there,

First of all I like to say that the chat software is very stable and the visitors like it very much.
At the moment I am using v6.8.1 of the chat server and like to upgrade but changes in the so ftware prevent me from doing so.
Up to v6.8.1 the configuration was loaded on the client side but for performance reasons this was changed to the server side and are loaded on startup of the server. By doing this I can no longer apply different configurations for guest/members/vip/admin/etc. but am limited to 1 configuration for all visitors. Before I could set who has the option to have private chat conversations, or who can send flash emotion, etc in the newer versions this is no longer possible.

Other features that I like to see implemented are:

- Option to close chat for certain groups of users at certain times
- Option to "freeze" someone
- Option for visitor to set text color to "nutreal" (black for example)
- Option to set your own "away message"
- Option to deny private chat
- More controll over Prohibited word filter (set own words)
- Have more control over users outside the room
- Waiting room when rooms are full, rahter than message (or choice)
- Abillity to integrate profile from other DB in nice matching venster (as part of chat)
- More controll over messages (chatbot), like which rooms see what messages, how many times, who, etc.
- Option for internet radio (multi channel)

For the webcam
- Enable a/v on individual basis
- Option to controll how much bandwith or time a user can use the cam

I would also like to be able to have the chat bot say different messages for different rooms.

Hi there,

When can I expect to get control BACK over the functionality different types of users have in my chatroom?
Having private messaging available to all users means the chat can be used by paedophiles to groom young childeren, which undermines the whole ethos of my website.
First and foremost this is meant to be a safe chat site so please can you restore the control as soon as possible.
