Default Message Sound Abnormality

Dear Support Team

I am representing my organization that use PRO version of your software. We keep on upgrading flashchat version software from time to time.
But since version 6.9 we stop at 6.9.4 because there is an abnormality in the posting message.
I have reported this to your technical support but they still can not find and fix. I just tested your latest version 6.9.6 and the problem is still there.

This is about sound if someone type a message on the main screen/window (not in private window).
I can still hear the posting sound get truncated. This is even worst if we have 200 people online and answer questions during our online session.

To give you idea, please test using chat client module version 6.7 and compared with 6.9 you can clearly hear how the posting sound get cropped/truncated and if many members type about the same time, it even worst, created a kind of noise

I am not sure if other members have this problem but we have tested and reported several times, no action and still the same problem in your latest version.

Thanks for yuor help and support.

Regards,
Paramajaya <paramajaya@gmail.com>

Hi,Rama

Thank you for your description of the sound problem.
In fact, you can edit the sound file by yourself.
The "sound file" is in the "client" folder. You can exchange it with the sound folder of version 6.7 or other Mp3 files you like.

Note: The sound file must be MP3 format and its size preferably be the same with the existent ones.
