123FlashChat v9.0 can upload/webcam avatar, which is controlled by admin. Upload Avatar: users can upload a local picture to be avatar. Webcam Avatar: users can take a picture through webcam to be avatar. "* If a user uploads a picture or selects an avatar from the list provided, it displays in the room's users' list. The default list displays neat little mini avatar pictures, to allow larger numbers of users to appear on the list. But a user can hover another user's name to see their full size avatar picture, or select for all users to appear with their full sized avatar. " Of course the avatar will show in the userlist, as well as in the input area.  "*Public and Private Rooms Creation The creation of public and private rooms are available as an option. The network admin has the ability to turn these features ON and OFF. If this option is made available by the admin, users will have the ability to create rooms. The creator of that room then becomes the administrator of that room." The user-created room function may be added in next serval version, which is already in our roadmap. "*When Broadcasting audio The users can speak or wait their turn to speak by simple holding down the "CONTROL" key on their keyboard or by clicking on cam on/off button." This function is not in our raodmap now, and it may be added after our consideration. "123flashchat should only provide multiple speakers to speak to each other at the same time on privet not in public. Administrators can decide in certain rooms who can speak and who cannot." 123flashchat really need this function ASP Built-in “push to talk” button enables automatic video / audio transmit from the speaker to entire room. In order to be activated, a user has to raise the hand. This symbolizes the will to participate in the conference. All the raised hands, accordingly, appear in queue. That means the exact time of each is captured. All hands appear at the top of the list for admin. Admin has the right to approve or reject the raised hand within one click. Consequently, if the raised hand is approved the user may start broadcasting. In case of rejection the raised hand disappears from the list. If someone enters already started conference he / she receives the stream automatically.

100% yes !
I confirm too, this option is very very important for a room chat ! With this option, someone can be the "dj" of the room if he's choice by the communauty.
I hope really 123flashchat will add this function ! it will be great !

And this function is already in our roadmap. We will add this Put up Hands function later, maybe next two or three versions. Please be patient! And we will bring more amazing functions in the future!

Another version is gone...but yet they still haven't added the options that i have asked in 2009 right now we are almost done with 2011 ..
