These groups are fine, but the settings for permissions of every group should be the same as the currently permission options for the admin group. In this case we can set individual permissions . I think this is the best option for every chat owner.

That depends on what customization you have.

Such us you use 123flashchat 9.x version, and you have smiley and avatar customization. Then you upgrade to higher version, there is no need to custom again. And other customization needs to be done again at a half price.

123flashchat 8.x upgrades to the latest version, customization needs to be done again at a half price.

123flashchat 7.x upgrades to the latest version, customization needs to be done again at a full price.
