Default Bug: Flashplayer 11 beta not supported in Flash Chat 9.2

We may not call it as bug because Flash Player 11 is currently in beta 2 version.
Bug may be at both sides, in Adobe Flash Player and 123 Flash Chat.

Reproducing the error:

1.) Install Flash Player 11 beta 2. Can be downloaded from this URL for example: Download Flash Player 11.0.1.98 Beta 2 (Non-IE) - FileHippo.com

2. Enter chat and click on a username to left.

3. Bang! Chat will crash

Dear Customer

I found you downloaded a beta version of flash player, and Non-IE.

To 123 Flash Chat,
Ports below 1024 can only be accessed using flash player 7 or 8. That's why you may set a high port (1024~65535) to serve lower version flash player.

So I suggest you to download flash player via the adobe official website: Adobe

Yes,

Confirmed. 123 Flash Chat and Adobe latest release of Adobe Flash Player 11 don't work well together.

When I or our users that have downloaded the latest release, and go to a "123 Flash Chat" site, then try left clicking on a persons name or view, cam, etc... They are frozen to a blank screen.

We need a fix as soon as possible.

Thanks!

I can also confirm this problem in our chat, a lot of our visitors are complaining about it. It seems it only crashes on the Google Chrome browser though, On the Explorer and Firefox browsers, the chat seems to work ok.

Like the posters above said, if you click on a camera icon or just on the user of the right, the chat WILL crash on you.

I agree.

We need this issue fixed as a lot of users can't get in, or they keep having the freezing issues, etc. Especially for hosted solution users this makes it very difficult as we are paying for something, that majority of the users are being hit with this Flash Player Update and can't use the site.

Can we have an ETA when this will be fixed for all users? Also, when can it be rolled out to all hosted customers.

Thanks
