Bug: Banning options ban other users

Today my chat administrators found our another bug in Version 9.2-20110914.
That is when we select a user to ban and add a reason, then some other users are randomly banned. Those bans doesn't appears in logs. When we don't enter a reason, then ban works fine. It gives this problem only when we enter a reason in reasons field.

To reproduce this bug:

1.) Login as administrator (not super admin)
2.) Right click and ban a user and REMEMBER to enter a ban reason before submitting.
3.) Now some other users are also banned with this user.

I have reported this bug to test, but the bug you mention is not reoccurred in the version 9.2-20110914.
