I really appreciate all your hard work. You have a fantastic product! I have seen one other request for an HTML5 client and I have heard you are working on it. That makes me very happy.
Several years ago we used a chat server that was based on Java. This worked great because at the time Microsoft installed java automatically with Internet Explorer. Then Microsoft announced that they would no longer be bundling java with their browser. I begged the company to update their software to work with flash as that was becoming the standard. They ignored me and other customers and as far as I know went out of business. That was when I switched to you.
Right now flash is the standard and I expect it will remain that way at least for the next year or two but I am sure that HTML5 will at some point overtake it and when the majority of browsers no longer have flash installed then a client using the new standard will be fantastic. Thanks for keeping up on the trends and building for the future. And thanks for making such a great application!
