Win95: wrong displaySetting returned

I am having some problems with both 95A and 95B in getting the correct displaySetting properties.

When the display is set at 800x600 32 Bit I get nothing returned for pelsWidth & bitsPerPel and a huge number for pelsHeight.

Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone have a work-around?
