Context Menu
Not a bug as such but a minor expectancy that doesn't occur (possibly change in v2).
When right-clicking on the icon in the system tray the context menu appears, but unlike other programs, does not disappear until you choose a menu option or click on the associated app. Other programs (ie. MSN Messenger) will hide the menu as soon as you click anywhere.
