SWFkit 3.5 and Windows 7

Im running now W7 to test out our applications,
Specificly there is one (bit more complicated) application that does not want to run smoothly.

What i found is that when i run this application it does not appear on desktop, but it is executed and up and running. When i choose Show (a custom tray menu object to bring applicaiton out from tray) it does not want to appear then eigther.
After a while when triggering Show function and Minimize function it finally appears as it should.

Its no problem yet cause W7 isnt out but it would be very helpful if you could make SWFKit more compatible with W7 before it is out in the stores.
