Does the online version run on the server?

I'm looking for something that will enable us to create custom flash projector files through an admin 'wizard' function on an extranet. So the end user could create a custom sales presentation and then hit 'create' and it spits out an .exe file that the sales person could download to their desktop. Is this possible with this product?
