Paid, but got no download link and license key

i'm pretty new to this forum, so please forgive me, because i start my being here with a complaint.

In the first week of january, i ordered the swfkit express and pais via paypal directly.
Now about six weeks later, the money was drawn from my account, but i still got no
product download link and license key.
Two mains i already sent were un-answered.
So, does this company still exist and whats is with orderes, you made recentyl.

Any comment is highly apreciated.

Thank you. Our paypal orders are processed by php web application automatically, and license keys wil be sent immediatly after the orders are verified. You placed the order on Jan, 1, and the license key should have already been sent to you.

And yes, we received your emails that complained about this, even we got the Paypal investigation emails about your order. However, we did reply all those emails, tried to get back to you as soon as possible and sent the license key to your email box for several times. At last paypal cancelled the investigation and we thought the problem must have been resovled.

It is obvious that the problem is still there and it is highly possible that you cannot receive our emails at all. We are very sorry about the inconvenience and we will send you a message on this forum, please be careful to check it. We do not know whether you still need swfkit express, however, we will include all the emails we sent and the license key in the message.

Please be sure that support@swfkit.com and sales@swfkit.com are in the allow list of your email server if you want to receive our email.

Thanks for your mails.. even if i did not change anything, now i could receive it. and i tried several reg. codes until one worked. Finally verything looks perfect.

P.s. to resolve my problem concering your mails, ive sent one of your mails to my mail provider to find out if there is some sort of a black list or filter installed, which kept me
quiet from your mails. Ill keep you posted.
