using keys without klicking first

We have a problem using keys. In our application the context help is invoked when pressing F1. Using the macromedia flash player everything works fine. You open the swf in the flash player and immediately you can press F1 to see the context help.

Now with swfkit something really bad happens. You first have to click once into the film to make it possible using the keys! And even if we build an entrance to force people to click once (which is not possible in our application, but we just tried) the problems comes back if you got to another task and switch back.

So I hope its not a bug and its possible to have the same (for us crucial) functionality as with the macromedia player.
Can you tell me more about this phenomenon?
