Default offline application/database/saving files

Hello,

we are thinking about buying the swfkit for the production of an aplication which is (looking at the structure) similiar to a music database.
The frontend should be made in Flash and it should work offline (so no php and other serversided scripts can be used) as a windows application. At your
website it seems that it should be no problem to to that. So before we buy the program we would like to know if it really fit our needs.
I will describe the problem referring to the example of an music-database.
Imagine to have a form with three fields. In the first you write the song, in the second the artist and in the third the year it was performed first.
Now it should at first be possible to export one case (=one song and the accompanying data) to a .rtf-file like in the following:
The ($artist) performed the ($song) in the year ($year). This rtf file should be saved on the HDD (using any directory) in the form "song.rtf". (eg. "obladioblada.rtf" or "Michelle.rtf")

Second it should be possible using our application to create a new directory (e.g. for the categories "jazz" "rock" "pop" (this categories will be
created freely by the user))
Then the user should be able to export one case (song +additional information) to a database regarding the catagory (a jazz theme to "jazz" a popsong to "pop" etc.)
At last after closing the application (not within the flash-session) it should be possible to display all songs in the directory "jazz" (for exmple) an to recall the data of a certain song.

So, do you think we can do this with your tool or are we probably facing serious problems?
Thank you!

blue.

We think SWFKit can meet your need, but your description is too simple.
please send an email to support@swfkit.om to be more specific for us to give you an example.
