CSS XML and Vista UAC

I played around with SWFkit and really liked the final outcome. My questions are:
(1) Can SWFkit read .css file like ordinary .swf 's ?
(2) Can SWFkit get an XML file from a server to a local PC? e.g. I have a .swf that read www.site.com/page.xml. Will the .exe file made with SWF kit from the original .swf be able to read the page.xml in the same way?
(3) Is there a way for the installer to bypass the Windows Vista UAC prompt?

Please let me know ASAP the answers to these questions. ;D
