flex2/3 with SWFKit Pro...?

Hello,

right now i am checking out the available wrappers for AS3 SWF files, since i need some file and window operations for an upcoming project. I REALLY would like to leave the classic combination of AS2 and Director behind... ;-)
Adobe AIR seems to be in quite unstable state yet, so i am interested in how well SWFKit works together with Flex2 (and 3). How are the scripting language and application properties integrated into Flex?
