drag window

I plan to buy SMFKit instead of another product, too buggy.
But I have to check that the features necessary for me exist :
- draggeable window (like a the normal title bar, but with another button, NECESSARY feature)
- dynamically resizable window (seems possible after looking at the manual)
- possibility to open a file chooser/explorer (seems possible)
- drag and drop files (seems possible)
- multi-form application (seems not possible, but is there any plan?)
- 32 bits transparency (possible, tested)
