How to open external exe, doc, xls without using fscommand

Dear TopCMM,
Have a Nice Day

I'm using swfkit pro& use fscommnad to open external files such as exe, doc, xls ...etc. but it is not that good in opening external files due to the delay of the opening time & the "DOS" screen that appears at the begining of the command so, is there is another way to open external files without using fscommand

Please help
