ActiveX controls

Hi threre,
I am trying to use ActiveX controls and having some problem while trying to implement them (except Media Player or QuickTime player as there are a lot of example on the net for the same).

Can someone give an example how to use Microsoft form control in SWFKit e.g. Microsoft Forms CheckBox2.0 or FlexGrid control etc. .
