creating a loading bar

hi, I m new to SwfKit. I am planning to make a single exe which included lots of swf files.
I placed all the swf files into the Movie List and than build the exe.
The movie runs well without any problem except it takes really long time to load before it got the first page to load on the screen. Therefore, I am planning to make a loading bar before the movie shows up to let people know there is something happening while it is loading.

can someone teach me how to do this including the scripts in flash and swfkit?
