Extract flash media from .exe file?

Hi all,

I hope I'm in the right place, I was wondering if it was possible to extract flash media from a pre-built .exe? I have found an .exe file that has a really cool piece of flash media in it, and I have yet to find a program that will allow me to extract it. Would any of the programs supported here allow me to do this? If not, does anyone happen to know of any one that would. So far I have tried Super Flash Manager, but had no luck.
