stand alone option failure: "... process being used by another proces"

I have an error message when I compile an SwfKit project.

The "Standalone"checkbox is selected in the "Output Details" panel.
When I compile the error message says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

In "View > options" I have selected "Flash Player 8.0"for build options.

I have Flash 8 installed and I'm using SwfKit Pro v2.2 r2.

I also closed flash 8 first but that did not help.

If I deselect the "Standalone"checkbox then it works, but I want an exe with embedded flash 8 player.

I never had this kind of error with Flash 7.

Any suggestions how to fix this?
