Default Encryption

Hi,

I have two security questions:

- I store some highscore data in a file using the DataFile methods. How can I encrypt those files or its data so people can't edit the highscore just by opening the file in a text editor? Maybe you can give me an example?

- How safe is my swf file when I distribute it as SWFKit exe? I want to distribute it as shareware but if people can extract the swf file and open it in a decompiler (like "Action Script Viewer"...) it doesn't make any sense to distribute it as shareware.
I wanted to use SWFKit 3 to protect my software but I can't wait any longer to distribute the software...

Thanks

The protection component cannot prevent your swf files from being decompiled by reverse engineering tools. It can only make your swf files invisible outside the exe file. However, we will send you the patch soon that includes the encryption feature, which can protect your swf files from being decompiled.
