Help Please

I am having so problems with my computer Reccently I went to Guzzlengo.com for a thing that safeways was doing and I needed to download Flashplayer 9 in order to view the site senze then I have been having problems with the stuff for my desktop and realestate site for my Grandparents. Not allowing windows to pop up and I tried removing it through control panel and hand the problem of Flash.ocx not working properly. If I could get some helpful suggestions I would appreciate it!
