MCI - Autostop recording after x seconds

:Greetings all,

I am using the MCI function and have user recording audio fine thanks to help from this list.

My current problem is as follows:

user has to hit the stop button before they can listen to their recording.

I have tried (unsuccessfully) to get the audio to be available after recording is completed (currently set to ten seconds). All to no avail. Is there anything like the onSoundComplete in flash?

If anyone can provide some assistance/guidance it would be appreciated.
