Packing Resources Selectively

Hi,

In the Operational Panel / Output Details screen there is an option to pack all resources into the EXE file. Is it possible to pack not all of the resources but only those that I specifically select into the EXE file? Using scripting perhaps?

I only wanted to pack all SWF files into the exe but not other resources such as images, flvs, etc to keep the size of the EXE smaller.

Hi, SWFKit 3 does not support that feature. It can only pack all files - both swf files and other resource files, or pack nothing - just leaving all files outside the output exe files.

However, with the unique feature of swfkit 3, you can check the check box before your swf files and flv files. In that case, even if the swf files are not packed, they will be encrypted and can only be played in the output exe files. That is to say, even if the swf files are not packed, they will still be well protected.
