will swfkit hide my assets folders so a user cant see them

all I want to do it take a projector file and its assets folders that hold my flv's and xml files and make the assets invisible to the viewer so they dont get lost or need instructions about where to start to view my movie. I want a viewer to see just one icon to click on to start my flash presentation but I do not want them to get confused by my external folders. Is this possible with swfkit?
