2032 Stream error??

i have an app that runs fine in flash9alpha (its made with actionscript3) but when i try to test a build with swfkit it gives me this error...

Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error

what could be making it do this to me?

could it maybe have to do with the fact that im loading in flvs or playing mp3s? i do both of these dynamicaly at runtime.

i sent the file and got an email back and what it said didnt work and havent heard back since. has anyone used a swf made in flash9alpha that loads in external sounds? i belive this to be the cause of the problem. im trying to get this working for a client who has patiently waited for it so far, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
