Read Folder include the content

Hi, i'm newbie in programming SWFKIT.
I want to know if SWFkit can make a program for read folder include the content?
for example in my drive C have folder name Data. ini my folder Data i have a file a.txt, b.mp3.
can SWF kit read these all like we use explorer in windows?
