Default Command-line Compilation

Hi guys,

Is there a way to compile a SWFKIT project (.skp) via command-line?

Thanks,
Ariel

Yes,
Code:
swfkit.exe -b -s -o:c:\flash demo.skp
-b: build
-s: silent build (without showing the UI of swfkit)
-o: specify the output path

Hi,

That doesn't work. I'm using SWFKit Pro 3.2. The GUI does show and no build is done.

Thanks,
Ariel

The last parameter must be an existing swfkit project file on disk.

Hi,

It worked this way:
Code:
C:\progra~1\SWFKIT~2\swfkit.exe -s -b -o "My Project.skp"
Thank you!

I can't seem to get SWFKit to respond to the -o or the -s parameters, only the -b parameter.

I am using the following:

c:\program files\SWFKit Pro 3\swfkit.exe -s -b -o:E:\HiddenExpedition_Workspace\HE4\swfkit-release HE4_SWFKIT_PROJECT.skp

I've also tried:

c:\program files\SWFKit Pro 3\swfkit.exe -s -b -o:"E:\HiddenExpedition_Workspace\HE4\swfkit-release" HE4_SWFKIT_PROJECT.skp

in either case removing the -b or -o option has no effect on the build. (The output directory specified by the the -o option is different than that inside of the project file.) The same build occurs, going to the location specified in the project file.

How about specifying the output path without the quotes?

Indeed, that also did not work. I would instead get an error specifying that the file "<output path>" was missing or invalid.

Was the command line problems ever resolved? I've been having similar problems getting command line switches to work. I can build the project from -b fine, but the -s and -o appear to get ignored.

Any documentation available?
