sorry guys, we've tried very hard to meet the deadline,
but as you know, developing software sometime can be very unpredictable and very tricky. anyway, there's no excuse, would you give us another week? the last thing we wanna do is to let you down.

we announced it too eagerly and we appoligized already.
we do understand how disappointed you are and in fact to this product we have the same high expectation as you guys. but since you have wait for so long, There's no reason for not giving another chance to this promising product.
