desktop exe

hi, just starting to use swfkit and trying to see how I can setup my swf as an exe for the desktop. What the swf does is retreive url links from an external source each time it is clicked then opens the url in new browser.
Have got to the point of converting the swf to an exe, but when clicked it opens the swf into a browser then it can be clicked to open a browser for the url the swf retrieves. What I want to do is remove the step where the exe opens the swf into the browser, and just have the exe open the browser for the url it retrieved.

Can this be done?
