HOW to control REMOTE CAR from USB ports

Hi.........

i want to control or operate the USB ports ...

i knew there are 4 wires in a USB port and 2 of them are for electric power and 2 for data transmission or send and receive data..

so please tel me how i can control it or in other way i can say.. how any attached device with usb, can be operated from USB port with program

like mobile, a remote car, etc

i knew its a hard job ... but we can try over it
please send me valid help or good links that ll help me
