Add external visible folder to installer

It is possible to add some folder with the installer but not packed with the rest of the files?

Yes, you just need to do as follows
1) add or import your resource files into the "resources" panel
2) uncheck the "pack resources" option
and then the installer will pack all the resource files.

However, you can either pack all resource files into the output exe file, or leave them all out of the exe and pack into the installer. You cannot pack some in the exe, and at the same time leave the others in the installer.
