Can SWFKit make that Custom desktop Env? like Stardock- or Ubuntu-Look-Desktop?

Hello SwfKit, and any dear peoples,

Can swfkit move to back in desktop like mProjector or Stardock? Example applications by Stardock with custom taskbar. Can it work like this or not?

If any applications shouldn't to move on custom taskbar. Because i want to know and build that applications for netbook or nootbook. I make small applications into my nootbook.

Same need dll Files? Or without dll-Files?
If you say "need dll-Files" than i have Visual Studio 2005 Pro ( Net ).
How do i parse currect stuctur by dll-File? If my built dll-File will to work with swfkit. It's posible?

EDIT:
If any applications shouldn't in back or on top over than custom-bar / taskbar? IT is posible?

Do you mean the Application Desttop Toolbars? If so, you would have to do it in a dll, as SWFKit Pro doesn't support call back functions.

Okay, @SwfKit Admin, I understand. But i am ensure if you update new libraries for swfkit.
What do you use language from SwfKit. c++ or C#? If you are suing only C++ than your application swfkit was written by C++ - I am sure because swfkit works really. When you make sure your addions for swfkit`?
