SWFGen and non-ASCII static text

I'm trying to replace an Arabic static text string in a swf using SWFGen (C#), but the result is always ???? (question marks).

I think this is because the text.Text is returning ASCII encoded string, while the original string was UTF-8, right ? Is there a solution for this ?
