i want to create a program which compare the changes of a picture

detail:
i want to capture a pic with my pc cam and after 1 min then again i capture another picture , without changing the location of cam

now the program ll open both pictures and compare them and give output that, what is the difference/changes or is there changes or not in both picture and that ll be the result ....


tel me from where i ll start... WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP

some information theoretically i have ... first i need a program which ll capture picture from camera and then open both clicked pictures and divided each picture pixels value in variables and then compare both pictures variables ..but i have some confusion in initializing coding
